Manchester Premier Cup 23rd January 2008
The Manchester Premier Cup fixture against Flixton has been rearranged for Wednesday 23rd January kick off 7:45pm.
Having sought permission from Manchester County FA the game will now take place at Flixton’s Valley Road ground.
Admission prices will be £6 Adults, £2 Over 60s and under 18s
FC United security and administrative staff will be organising the fixture and FC United will be providing stewards, security and volunteers to run the gate on the night of the match.
We have had our differences with Flixton but we are working towards establishing a better working relationship with one of Karl Marginson’s former clubs. The rearrangement of the match to Flixton’s ground will make the organising of the game more cost effective than if it were to take place at Gigg Lane or Radcliffe Borough’s Stainton Park.
Having carefully thought through a number of alternative venues and options switching the game to Valley Road provides the most beneficial solution.
